1 | package | taco seasoning mix | |

1 | jar | (16 ounce) taco sauce | |
|
|||
8 | cups | white or blue corn tortilla chips, or a mixture of both | |
|
|||
4 | ounces | Mexican blend cheese, shredded | |
|
|||
Optional Toppings: | |||
Shredded lettuce | |||
|
|||
Fresh tomatoes, diced | |||
|
|||
Black olives, sliced | |||
|
|||
Sour cream | |||
|
|||
Fresh cilantro | |||
|
In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain off excess oil. Add taco seasoning and taco sauce and stir to blend.
Place tortilla chips on large platter. Top with seasoned ground beef, cheese and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
