Yield: 2 1/2 cups
1 | cup | Gouda cheese, finely shredded | |

1/4 | cup | finely chopped pecans | |

In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese, sour cream and pecans. Stir until mixture is creamy. Cover and chill for one hour. Serve with crackers.
